Island Beach State Park

I know I’m a little late on this post & this adorable family has already welcomed their little girl into their family, but I was looking through sessions I want to blog and I forgot how much I loved absolutely everything about this session (& this family).  There’s just something about the beach on a summer evening with an expecting mom that makes me fall in love with my job all over again.  Getting to capture the excitement of parents about to meet a new baby and the anticipation of an only child about to be promoted to a big brother is why I love what I do.  It’s being able to document the last few weeks of a family of three before it becomes a family of four so they can relive that moment forever.  It’s capturing the smile on mom & dad’s face as they gaze down at mom’s growing belling wondering if their little girl is going to have mom’s eyes or dad’s nose.

Alyse, Ryan & big brother, Jackson, I am so thankful I got to capture these memories for you.  I can’t wait to meet beautiful baby Cameron.  Thank you for braving those horrible green head flies with me to get some of my favorite maternity pictures 🙂
